DELIVERY POLICY

Free delivery in Metropolitan France.

For the rest of the world, shipping costs are at your expense and amount to 4.95 euros.

In France, you will receive your package within 2 to 3 business days.

If your ring size is in stock, it will be shipped within 48 business hours. Otherwise, resizing will be done in approximately one week (you will be notified via message).

RETURN POLICY

You have a period of 15 days from the receipt of your order to return your item to us.
Sale jewelry items will not be eligible for any refunds.

Your return will be accepted only if the returned product is in its original condition. No worn or damaged jewelry will be eligible for a refund.

A full refund of your order will be issued unless you wish to exchange for a different size only. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

Your full name
Your order number
The reason for the return

2. We kindly ask you to return your order in its original packaging (box and pouch) with the certificate of authenticity to the following address:
